This car had an engine rebuild 10,000 miles ago by Hartech UK. For those not familiar, they are world renowned for their Porsche expertise - particularly with engine rebuilds. Hartech replaced cylinders 4,5 &6 with new Nikasil - plated aluminum alloy cylinders, pistons, gasket/seals, crank shaft bearings, etc. Hartech also fitted a new intermediate shaft (the post 2006, larger bearing version), low temperature thermostat and a new clutch. I have all the paperwork from Hartech and all invoices/history on hand. The total cost of this rebuild was over £10,000.

In addition to this, I have a recent full inspection report from “9 Excellence” which shows perfect compression in all cylinders, with no signs of any issues (including bore score).
